While all my love and inspiration for photography comes from the island, I oftentimes find myself drawn to compositions that have little context that they are belonging to Nantucket. This was captured during a walk along the south shore, post full moon storm. It could be here, or not. It could be 500 years ago or into the future. It’s a reminder in a sense. We are just stewards of this Island.
